Arrival by train:

From Düsseldorf main station you can reach the hotel within 6 minutes.
From the main train you can use any subway in the direction of Heinrich-Heine-Allee.
Get off at the "Heinrich-Heine-Allee" station. The hotel is in the immediate vicinity of the station.

Check-in and check-out times

Check-in: 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Check-out: until 12:00 p.m
Would you like to sleep in and start the day of departure relaxed? Depending on the occupancy of the hotel, we can offer you a late check-out until 3 p.m. for a fee of €30.00.

Please be advised that we don't have a reception in this hotel. We therefore kindly ask you to contact us 30 minutes prior to your arrival at the hotel (phone: +49 (0)151 17122224). We will then meet you in front of the hotel for the Check-In.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel later, do not show up or interrupt your trip, we will charge you 100% of the accommodation price.

Smoking

Please note that the entire hotel is non-smoking.
We ask you to refrain from smoking anywhere in the house or in our rooms (even when the window is open!).
If you ignore this, we will charge you a cleaning fee of 300,00€
